I have a couple that could be applicable to the social media analogy:

When first starting out, see what gym suits you. Who uses it and for what purpose? You don&#039;t want to buy a 2-year membership only to find out that you&#039;re in the wrong place after only 3 weeks. Maybe this can apply to what apps you choose.

Rest and recovery: You can&#039;t do an insane workout every day and not expect to plateau. Growing muscles need some rest. Maybe this could apply to blogging; you don&#039;t want to start off trying to post 8 times every day and discover you get burnt out after a while.
